I am Dr. Faatema Haji, a Dental Surgeon myself – I graduated from the Maharashtra University
of Health Sciences in 2020. Thereafter I completed my Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 2021 and a Meta Specialisation in Social Media Management.
I have experience working in several dental clinics in Mumbai – some established practices that had years of experience, as well as some still in their nascent stages. While working alongside these incredible dentists with unmatched skill and a strong hold over their craft – I started to notice patterns and similarities in the kind of struggles they faced – mainly with respect to patient acquisition.
A majority of their patients were acquired through recommendations from existing patients or ‘word of mouth’ as we refer to it.
In simpler language – they were great at their work, but not enough people knew about them. Or rather, the rate at which their practice grew was very slow – too slow for the incredible work they showcased and were able to deliver. Here, the idea for I.Dentify Dental Marketing was born.
